What does consecutive mean?Consecutive calendar days are days in a row, on a calendar.
Is my pass valid all day?You can enter attractions until 5:30 pm with the Go San Diego Card.
What else does the pass include? You'll get a guidebook with detailed attraction descriptions, hours of operation, and a map to help plan your itinerary.
How do I activate my pass?Simply visit your first attraction.
Does the Go San Diego Pass expire? With an All-Inclusive Pass, it will be valid for the number of days you purchased over a 14-day period. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass. Non-activated All-Inclusive passes are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
How many attractions can I visit in one day?On a Go San Diego Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a day from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
What is the age cut-off for child passes?Child passes are for children ages 3-12. Most attractions do not charge for children under 3 years old. However, there are some exceptions (especially children's museums and attractions geared toward very young travelers). If you have a child under 3 years old, please check with the attraction directly in advance. You may be charged at the gate.
What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problem? While they do their best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of their control. The great thing about a Go San Diego Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, they know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!
